I am so thankful to God for His Saving Grace through His Son Jesus Christ who shed His blood on Calvary’s cross so that I might have life and have it more abundantly. Having surrendered my life to the Lord, I now join the song writer in saying “On Christ the solid Rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand.” I also join in the sweet refrain of this song:

We all need to make Prayer a daily part of our lives. Sometimes I think it's easy to Pray when things are going great. When the bills are paid and we have an overflow of blessings.  But what happens when life gets hard, when things are not going the way we think they should go. When the pain of our situation is just to much to handle.  Are we going to be able to push through the dark hours and spend time in Prayer or sit back and feel sorry for ourselves.
