Remnant – Rev. Grace Reyes
In a biblical context, "remnants" typically refer to a small remaining portion or group of people who are left after a larger group has been destroyed, dispersed, or diminished in some way. The concept often carries a sense of survival, resilience, and continuity. In the Old Testament, for instance, remnants are frequently mentioned in the context of Israelites who remained faithful to God despite challenges or punishments faced by the broader community. These remnants were seen as a faithful remnant, preserved by God for a specific purpose or promise.
The idea of a remnant can also signify a spiritual or symbolic significance, representing those who maintain true faith or adherence to divine principles amidst societal or cultural decline.
Back to the Basics: What stood out for Me - Bible Study - Mother Cheryl'n Staggers
I chose prayer as the one that stood out for me. Through prayer I was able to trust God when I was unable to walk for two years and accept my mother's untimely death through God's comforting words as I prayed and cried out to Him. God has and is continually strengthening me in my prayer life.
Back to the Basics: What stood out for Me!! - Lorraine Tavarez Bilingual Spanish/English
Before I use to spend time with God in a fast track because of the distractions in my home. I had to understand and learn that I have to take that moment with God, and lock myself with him in my room to clear my mind from all distractions and really spend that quality time with God.
Bible Study - Back to the Basics: What stood out for Me!!- Rev. Maulin Vanderburgh
God is holy therefore we must strive to live a life of holiness. Just like sanctification it does not mean that we are perfect (we are humans). 2 Tim 1:9 NLT: "For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time--to show us his grace through Christ Jesus."
Wake Up All You Shepherds And Gather Your Sheep! Message from the Lord– Rev. Grace Reyes
There is a warning for those who know God’s commands and have long basked in a place of haughty righteousness. The Lord will turn His face when the sun begins to peek above the distant mountains in the early dawn light. Men and women who have long been seated in the front of the temples reading His word, feeding on it, yet have been devoid of His compassion and Grace, who have not extended their hands to help the helpless but instead have preferred to defend the indefensible and give wisdom to unworthy serpents with the darkest of hearts.
Embracing The Process - Rev. Grace Reyes
You can embrace the process, the learnings and the growing in Him. There will be rewards for your faith and sorrows to overcome. Either way, I can assure you of one thing, like Esther, life will continue with or without you. You will not be exempt from the storms regardless of your decision. The difference will be that you have a savior who covers and defends you at all times. The difference is that faith is rewarded and like Ester you will have an outcome that will influence generations to come.
Cease Striving or Stop fighting, Be Still and Know -Maria V. Melendez Bordado
Psalm 46 was written by David praising God for being a source of power and salvation in times of trouble. He describes God’s attributes. He is our refuge and strength. God is omnipresent and a great help to those who are in trouble. God is higher than all else and able to rule above all. At his voice the earth melts.
God's Strength Revealed Through Weakness
In all the years I have served God, I am now understanding this verse with newfound respect as it brings revelation into my own personal life.
Spiritual Seasons Promote Divine Destiny
As sure as God has placed times and seasons in His plan for nature and the fulfillment of the earth’s purpose, he has also shown us through His word that in the spiritual realm there will also be changes in seasons as we go through our spiritual lives.
20/20 Vision is more than seeing, your strength is believing the unseen.
20/20 Vision is an absolute mandate for the Lord this year. He wants us to see the horizon and all its implications with complete clarity. We cannot operate in a dark hazy place where we are apt to stumble over ourselves, or much worse, lose our way to him.
Understanding Your Role In Your Walk With God
The truth of the matter is, there is far more in the unseen realm and the Lord beckons us to trust him right there. Wait and your faith will allow God to reveal to you in time what you cannot see fully in the moment.
