Dear Lord Jesus,

I am making this prayer for my unbelief because I currently have a wavering faith and troubled heart.

Precious Lord, I ask that you restore my belief and trust in you.

I also request that you reveal your love, grace, and mercy to me

and help me to always see the goodness of your ways in every situation.

Father, I surrender my heart and doubts to you and trust that you

will guide me toward a deeper understanding of your truth.

Lastly, I ask that you give me the strength to overcome all my

doubts and fears and embrace my faith and belief in you with renewed conviction.

In the holy name of Jesus, I pray.

y ayúdame a ver siempre la bondad de tus caminos en cada situación.

Padre, te entrego mi corazón y mis dudas y confío en que tú

dudas y miedos y abraza mi fe y mi creencia en ti con renovada convicción.

Heavenly Father,

I pray that You give me the grace to develop an unwavering trust in You.

Help me to worship You in spirit and in truth, knowing that in You lies my salvation and redemption.

Please forgive me for the times when i doubted your goodness and faithfulness.

Fill me with your Spirit so I may have the strength to trust You completely.

Lord, I ask that You help me to remember that You are always with me, even amid trials and tribulations.

May your peace that surpasses all understanding always fill my heart,

even when I am tempted to be anxious or worried.

I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.

My family even has a children's bible and I really like reading it.

I believe that all of the stories are true.

There sure are a lot of brave people in the stories.

They are brave because they believed in You too.

Some even died because they believed in You!

I know that You take good people up to heaven.

I want to go there someday too, but not yet.

I believe that You will help me get there someday.

Our Daily Prayer for Wednesday - Rev. Cheryl Bothello

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.”

John 1:12

One of the definitions of the word receive means to warmly welcome or to wholeheartedly take in.

The word believe means to except some thing as true. To trust in the truth.

When I receive Jesus, I whole heartedly accept him into my life and my heart. When I believe in him, I put my trust in the truth of who He is. Jesus is Truth!

Prayer:

Lord I receive you with a warm welcome and wholeheartedly let you into every area of my heart and my life. I believe that you are who you said you are. I believe what your word says about you. I trust that you are Truth. You said “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. “ and I believe it. I pray that you would help me to walk it out in every area of my life. I pray that believing would not just be a word in my vocabulary, but it would be an action. I believe every word that you have spoken is true. I believe in you! Let my life be such a reflection of you that those around me will also believe. Amen

Una de las definiciones de la palabra recibir significa dar una cálida bienvenida o acoger de todo corazón.

Cuando recibo a Jesús, lo acepto de todo corazón en mi vida y en mi corazón. Cuando creo en él, pongo mi confianza en la verdad de quién es Él. ¡Jesús es la Verdad!

Dear God, we have all sinned and come short of your glory but you are Just to forgive us for our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness if we confess them to you. I ask that those who do not believe that Jesus is God will repent and believe that he is so that they may be saved. Your word says that the only way to the father is by Jesus Christ and that there is no other way! I pray that people’s faith be exercised in your word so they can be set free. I ask that you open up their understanding and comprehension of the word. Show them your agape love and who you are. Lord, blessings happen when we believe, healing happens when we believe, let us be not as Thomas was when he would only believe if he could see with his natural eyes but bless us who believe even though we don’t see. I thank you for wisdom and your love in Jesus name. Amen!

Querido Dios, todos hemos pecado y estamos destituidos de tu gloria, pero tú eres Justo para perdonarnos nuestros pecados y limpiarnos de toda maldad si te los confesamos. Pido que aquellos que no creen que Jesús es Dios se arrepientan y crean que lo es para que puedan ser salvos. ¡Tu palabra dice que el único camino al padre es por Jesucristo y que no hay otro camino! Oro para que la fe de las personas se ejerza en tu palabra para que puedan ser liberadas. Te pido que abras su entendimiento y comprensión de la palabra. Muéstrales tu amor ágape y quién eres. Señor, las bendiciones suceden cuando creemos, la sanidad sucede cuando creemos, no seamos como Tomás cuando solo creía si podía ver con sus ojos naturales, pero bendícenos a los que creemos aunque no veamos. Dear God,

You are the one constant in my life. I sometimes falter and let this world get me down, thinking I am not enough, that I need to change to fit into what is seen as acceptable and perfect. But, whenever I get sad and start down a path of uncertainty, concern, and confusion, I find you reaching out to me and telling me that I was made in your perfect image and not to worry. Thank you for leading me to where is good and blessing me with so much love in this life. You constantly remind me that I was made for greatness and by placing my trust in you, anything is possible. Help me continue to put my trust in you and always have faith and believe. You have conquered death itself and have made it that I can have eternal life. Anything truly is possible. Amen.

Eres la única constante en mi vida. A veces vacilo y dejo que este mundo me deprima, pensando que no soy suficiente, que necesito cambiar para encajar en lo que se considera aceptable y perfecto. Pero cada vez que me pongo triste y empiezo por un camino de incertidumbre, preocupación y confusión, te encuentro acercándote a mí y diciéndome que fui hecho a tu imagen perfecta y que no me preocupe. Gracias por llevarme a donde está el bien y bendecirme con tanto amor en esta vida. Me recuerdas constantemente que fui hecho para la grandeza y que al depositar mi confianza en ti, todo es posible. Ayúdame a seguir poniendo mi confianza en ti y siempre tener fe y creer. Has vencido a la muerte misma y has hecho que yo pueda tener vida eterna. Realmente todo es posible. Amén.
