“Renewal”

Father God, I come before your throne room of grace giving you the highest praise and with a contrite and humble spirit. As I stand in the gap today for those who are hurting, struggling in their wants, and waiting for a sign from you to lead them to a peaceful place. I am reminded Lord, that Your thoughts are not my thoughts, that the rain comes down and the snow from heaven will water the parched earth and renew us in due time.

Have mercy on us Oh Lord, your ways are perfect, remind us in your word that there is nothing wasted when it comes to your plan for our lives. Lift our hearts with the hope of spring as it arrives in this part of the earth. Let the warm sunshine caress our worn and often weary faces as we look to you to guide us through each day.

I thank you Lord, for all the overlooked blessings that I take for granted. Remind me, as Passover approaches, the sacrifice of the cross to save me, to rescue me from death. I am grateful or Lord for your everlasting love that sent your beloved Son to die for us on this earth. I will praise you and remind all who will listen that you are a worthy and awesome God, full of power to save. Amen

"Renovación"

Padre Dios, vengo ante tu trono de gracia dándote la más alta alabanza y con un espíritu contrito y humilde. Mientras me paro en la brecha hoy por aquellos que están sufriendo, luchando en sus necesidades y esperando una señal tuya para guiarlos a un lugar pacífico. Me recuerda Señor, que Tus pensamientos no son mis pensamientos, que la lluvia cae y la nieve del cielo regará la tierra reseca y nos renovará a su debido tiempo.

Ten piedad de nosotros Oh Señor, tus caminos son perfectos, recuérdanos en tu palabra que nada se desperdicia cuando se trata de tu plan para nuestras vidas. Levanta nuestros corazones con la esperanza de la primavera que llega a esta parte de la tierra. Deja que la cálida luz del sol acaricie nuestros rostros desgastados y, a menudo, cansados mientras te buscamos para que nos guíes cada día.

Te agradezco Señor, por todas las bendiciones pasadas por alto que doy por sentado. Recuérdame, al acercarse la Pascua, el sacrificio de la cruz para salvarme, para rescatarme de la muerte. Most High, Almighty, Good Lord God:

I look for signs of spring every day.

Crocuses look like they are about to blossom,

And the daffodils are trying to keep up.

Somewhere in my heart I wait for spring, again.

I have seen enough winters in my life.

Spring always follows.

What seems to be dead returns to life.

The earth explodes in color and life.

I believe all of this will happen again.

You, Lord God, seem to be resting in my soul,

waiting for that perfect moment to renew me

with life and in colors I can hardly imagine.

Wake me with a new song.

Warm me with your joy.

Lead me to dance with the rest of your creation.

“Renewal”

Father God, as the spring season approaches we start to see the world around us become renewed. Trees are blooming, grass and flowers return in full bloom and we see your glory, your majesty. We start our spring cleaning to get rid of the old. Father I ask that while we start cleaning on the outside that you would create in us a clean heart on the inside so that we have a strong desire to serve you. Give us fresh attitudes of gratitude and allow us to move forward with a praise in our hearts. Help those of us who need a heart healing, physical healing or spiritual renewal.

Send your holy spirit to dwell with us and give us power and fire in this renewal season. Let us desire more of you Lord. The more we seek you, you always reveal yourself to us. You have never failed us, so let us trust in the fact that you won’t fail us now. Lord, help those of us who need to step out in faith to move forward in their purpose. Faith without works is dead, so let us walk boldly on your promise that you would never leave us nor forsake us.

Thank you Lord for your promises. Thank you for being that strong foundation that we can depend on to never bend nor crack as we unload our burdens and old habits in this renewal season.

Padre Dios, a medida que se acerca la temporada de primavera, comenzamos a ver que el mundo que nos rodea se renueva. Los árboles están floreciendo, la hierba y las flores vuelven a florecer y vemos tu gloria, tu majestad. Comenzamos nuestra limpieza de primavera para deshacernos de lo viejo. Padre, te pido que mientras comenzamos a limpiar por fuera, crees en nosotros un corazón limpio por dentro para que tengamos un fuerte deseo de servirte. Danos actitudes frescas de gratitud y permítenos avanzar con una alabanza en el corazón. Ayúdanos a aquellos de nosotros que necesitamos una sanación del corazón, sanación física o renovación espiritual. Envía tu espíritu santo a morar con nosotros y danos poder y fuego en esta temporada de renovación. Deseamos más de ti Señor. Cuanto más te buscamos, siempre te revelas a nosotros. Nunca nos has fallado, así que confiemos en el hecho de que no nos fallarás ahora. Señor, ayuda a los que necesitamos dar un paso de fe para avanzar en su propósito. La fe sin obras es muerta, así que caminemos confiadamente en tu promesa de que nunca nos dejarás ni nos desampararás. Gracias Señor por tus promesas. Gracias por ser esa base sólida en la que podemos confiar para nunca doblarnos ni agrietarnos mientras descargamos nuestras cargas y viejos hábitos en esta temporada de renovación.
